Our guests are not warehoused. As a exclusive boarding facility, we accept only a limited number of guests. This is done in order to devote the personalized care and attention we feel all pets need everyday, from cuddle time to a full out romp in the woods. Based on the information you provide and from our own observations, we are able to customize, the activities and the level of exercise each of our individual guests receive during their stay.
Basic grooming needs will be attended to on a daily basis. From maintenance brushing to those that may require just a quick brush / dry off after certain activities or during certain times of the year. Forfull service professional grooming see Additional Services .

Room Service
Our goal is to keep each of our guests happy, healthy and safe during their stay.
We offer all of this individualized care and attention as a basic service.
We serve only the finest all natural super premium meals and desserts. If you wish, you may bring along your own. Meals are served on a schedule you may choose and are available from 7am-5pm. Each meal is prepared as to your instructions. If your pet is on medications they
will also be administered as instructed. Fresh oxygenated spring water is always available to our guests. The evening cookie is served at 7 pm.
House-Keeping
A clean comfortable environment is always sustained for our guests. Yards and cabins are maintained throughout each day. Bedding is always fresh and laundered as needed during their stay. Your pet will not return home with "kennel smell" or fleas.
Guide Service
Mountain Dog Lodge is located on 20 acres of secluded forest & fields. Under our guides watchful eye and supervision, our guests can get a good run on the trails, take a dip in the creek, or just explore lots of new things to sniff.
Free Shuttle
The shuttle runs to and from the Lodge in Ashford and Pet Pruners Grooming in Eatonville. For guest arrivals and departures, and for those receiving Professional Grooming, this service can be an added bonus. Saving you time and gas if you live the Eatonville area or Ashford area. The shuttle is offered Mon -Thurs. Please let us know with your reservation if this would be helpful to you, and we can discuss the details.
