The top perch in our condo offers a window seat. The screened window brings in the natural light and fresh air, while keeping bother-some insects out. Providing our kitty guests with hours of interesting things to watch or to just take a nap in the sun.
Our office cabin is kept at a comfortable temperature but can
always be adjusted to suit our individual feline guests.
Litter& box, beds, toys, dishes and premium all natural foods & treats,
are provided. However, most kitty's do not like changes, so you are
welcome to bring along any items with which they are comfortable and
familiar. Once settled into the new surroundings, most of our kitty guests are able
to spend some time outside of their condo enclosure. Most of our guests have enjoyed helping do paper work and like to curl up on the bed under the desk.
We placed the Condo in the office cabin away from the "doggie stuff " so that most of our feline friends would be more comfortable. The condo can also be moved, so if you happen to have cats and dogs in your family that will be staying with us, and like each other, we can certainly arrange for them to be together in same cabin.
Kitty accommodations are planned to be expanded upon interest , they would include larger indoor accommodations and an outdoor enclosure too. Please let us know if these expanded accommodations would be a service you and your feline friend would utilize. Rates would increase to approx $3.00 per cat per 24 hr. period. However, the accommodations would be great! Let us know what you think.
